Production

In addition to the production of door systems, loading technology, flood protection systems, and custom-made products, we also offer specialized metal fabrication

services.We provide complete project execution, both for single-piece and serial production, including subcontracting and surface finishing. You do not have to worry about anything — we take care of your project from start to finish.

We use modern technologies to ensure high quality within the shortest possible lead times. We process structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper. We also manufacture large-scale welded structures from structural steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Our solutions are suitable for the electrical and mechanical engineering industries, automotive industry, construction industry, medical technology, energy sector, and the defense industry.

Precision Laser Cutting

  • For laser cutting, we use the latest CNC laser TRUMPF 3030 Fiber with a power output of 6 kW
  • Modern laser technology and the appropriate use of cutting gases ensure high precision and cut quality with minimal thermal impact on the material, without the need for further processing
  • Maximum sheet size: 3000 × 1500 mm
  • Processed materials and maximum thicknesses: structural steel 30 mm, stainless steel 25 mm, aluminum 25 mm, brass 10 mm, copper 10 mm
  • For laser-cut parts, we also offer subsequent operations: bending, machining, welding, and painting

Sheet metal bending

  • We bend sheet metal using modern technologies and approaches
  • Precision sheet metal bending is performed on
    CNC press brake FORMETAL DURMA AD-S 60320 and CNC press brake FORMETAL DURMA AD-S 40220
  • Our technology guarantees fast processing while maintaining minimal tolerances and high quality
  • We are able to process sheets of various thicknesses and dimensions – we create precise bends according to your specifications
  • We bend components up to a length of 6000 mm and a maximum thickness of 10 mm

Sheet metal punching

  • Sheet metal punching is a technology designed for precise cutting, punching, and forming of shaped parts
  • Technological capabilities include special embossing, ventilation louvers, and custom openings
  • Suitable for complex shapes and larger production series
  • Sheet metal punching is carried out on a CNC punching center Formetal DURMA RP6
  • We punch sheets up to a size of 5500 × 1250 mm
  • and up to a maximum thickness of 4 mm

Sheet metal shearing

  • We provide sheet metal shearing up to a maximum thickness of 6 mm and a maximum length of 6000 mm
  • For shearing, we use CNC shears Formetal DURMA VS 6006

Welding

  • We offer professional metal welding – structural steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, with an emphasis on quality and precision
  • We provide welding using MIG, MAG, and TIG methods
  • We ensure both custom-made and serial production
  • During production, we use welding tables, clamps,
    and fixtures to ensure precise manufacturing
  • Welds are cleaned mechanically or chemically
    and weldments are prepared for surface finishing
  • We also weld geometrically complex parts, including large dimensions
  • During welding, we comply with regulations in accordance
    with standards: ČSN EN 1090-1+A1, ČSN EN 1090-2+A1, ČSN EN 1090-3, and ČSN EN ISO 14731

Painting

  • We offer wet painting technology according to RAL color charts
  • We have a SAIMA MECCANICA paint booth available – maximum part dimensions (L × W × H): 10 × 2 × 2.4 m
  • We paint products from small dimensions to oversized components
  • Thanks to our in-house paint mixing system, we provide a wide range of color shades
  • Unlike powder coating, wet painting allows almost anything to be painted – from metals and plastics to wooden items

Machining

  • Milling – precision machining of flat and shaped surfaces, production of grooves, pockets, and more complex geometric shapes according to technical documentation
  • Turning – machining of rotational components, production of shafts, bushings, pins, and other cylindrical parts
    with high precision
  • Drilling – creation of holes of various diameters
    in metal materials with an emphasis on precision
    and machining quality
  • Tapping – cutting internal and external threads according to required technical parameters
    and standards
  • Countersinking – modification of holes for countersunk screws and other fastening elements to achieve precise and secure seating

We also provide

  • Cutting on circular and band saws
  • Hot-dip galvanizing, electroplating, powder coating, shot blasting
