Fire doors are always equipped with an electric motor and are used for both fire and physical separation of two spaces with a low frequency of passage.
Due to the combination of these two functions and the affordable price, these fire roller doors are very often used especially in industrial buildings.
The door is designed for indoor installation. In the case of installation in the building envelope, the door must be fully protected against weather conditions, e.g. by a shelter, vestibule, etc., because the characteristics of watertightness, resistance to wind load, heat transfer coefficient and air permeability have not been determined, or have been assigned class 0.
Fire-resistant roller shutter doors - resistance EI 15 - EI 45 made of steel double-walled slats filled with mineral wool. The slats are made by rolling from galvanized steel sheet.

Steel double-walled slats, filled with mineral wool. The slats are made by rolling from galvanised steel sheet. The slats are connected to each other by means of socket "locks" at the ends of each slat, thus forming a solid hub and also allowing for rolling on the shaft.
The vertical guide rails are formed by a pair of bolted, retained plates.
The lower termination profile is formed by a steel U-profile which is applied to the lower slats. A steel profile is applied to the profile, into which a silicone sealing profile is slid.
A steel sheet cover is fitted over the hub to hold the steel bracket.
The door can be equipped with an electric operator from MFZ.
The size of the drive and the fall brake is sized according to the weight of the hub, according to the manufacturer's parameters.
