Industrial folding doors are designed for use in industrial environments. In addition to the standard version, we also offer special designs. The doors are designed to meet the requirements for maximum safety.
The undisputed advantages of folding doors are the minimal space requirements in the overhead and the possibility of partial opening, leaving the full height of the opening available. Another advantage is the very good thermal insulation properties. In addition to their utility properties, folding doors are characterised by their excellent technical and aesthetic design.
The folding door is mounted in (behind or on top of) the finished floor opening. Before starting the assembly work, the construction site must be prepared according to our instructions, i.e. the size of the prescribed - agreed secured construction opening must be observed. Ensure that the guide rails can be fixed to a solid base (in the case of covering with plasterboard, consultation with the company's technician is necessary), and that the lining and the fixed lintel must be fixed so that the installation work can be carried out without interruption. Note: no electrical wiring, water, heating, etc. must be installed in the lining (in the wall) or in the lintel (in the wall), otherwise consultation with the company's engineer is necessary.
The folding industrial doors are made of aluminium profiles, which form the supporting frame of the slat of variable dimensions (maximum slat width 1250 mm, frame thickness 75 mm). Plate material up to 50 mm thick can be inserted into the profile - for example, PUR panel, safety glass, insulating double glazing, acrylic glazing, polycarbonate. Slots are made in the profile to accommodate the seals around the perimeter of the slats and to fix the hinges. Unlimited possibilities of folding sashes according to customer requirements
This type of folding industrial door is made of solid steel profiles (dimensions 100 x 80 mm, thickness 3 mm), which form the supporting frame of the slat of variable dimensions (maximum slat width 1500 mm, frame thickness 80 mm). Plate material up to 50 mm thick can be inserted into the profile. It is possible to choose from a wide range of materials - PUR panel, safety glass, double glazing, acrylic glazing, polycarbonate. Horizontal stiffening bars are integrated into the slats, the number of bars varying according to the height of the door. Perimeter frame made of 80 x 80 mm square steel profile, 3 mm thick. The running system is provided by a 3 mm thick galvanised steel top rail.
The fixing system consists of load-bearing steel profiles which are provided with holes for anchoring. The profiles are fixed to the wall with anchors or screws (not included).
The door is made of self-supporting PUR panels of variable dimensions (maximum width 1 450 mm, thickness 55 mm). The perimeter frame is made of 2 mm thick rolled galvanized steel profile (with foaming holes); double cladding made of 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel sheet with protective foil (to be removed within 15 days after installation); foamed with self-extinguishing PUR foam class B2 without Freon. The polyurethane insulation is applied using high pressure with a density of 40 kg/m3
