In November 2024, three test installations of the FLOM flood barrier took place in Albrechtice nad Orlicí.
A key factor in the success of the installations was the work of our assembly technicians, who carried out the installation of all three barriers with professionalism and precision, within the planned time frame and without complications. A significant contribution to the success of the event was also made by the local fire brigade, which was involved throughout the entire process.
This flood protection barrier will serve to protect the residents and property of the town of Albrechtice nad Orlicí against the risk of flooding. Its deployment, when needed, will significantly contribute to prevention and minimization of damage that could occur during torrential rainfall or high river water levels.
The test installation of the FLOM barrier thus confirmed its high efficiency and readiness for field deployment. The entire process once again demonstrated how important cooperation between experts, emergency services, and institutions is in protecting against flood risks.
